Customer Testimonial - Our build from a  clients perspective.

Our selection of Builder was based on contact with his clients and site visits to previous builds. We were impressed from day one by the management of any site we visited and the quality of work being carried out by Brian and his team.At the design stage Brian's experience and input was informative and practical providing sourcing and design alternatives and solutions.

We found that the estimated build time to be realistic while the costs and schedule of payments were fair and easily negotiated.These 3 elements were delivered as per plan and importantly within Budget.

Along the way due to lack of availability our original specification caused a few sourcing problems and these were all solved by Brian. He not only found alternatives which were acceptable but also managed to significantly reduce the costs. When decisions had to be made in relation to areas outside Brian's remit he was willing to recommend suppliers and contractors who all proved to be exceptional and carried out their jobs under Brian's supervision without issue.Two examples of this were the Kitchen manufactures (Billamore Kitchens) and our very special stonemason Joe,their work can be seen on our website www.whaleharbourcottage.com, as can the completed build.

As a client we have achieved what we wished for and more. The quality of build is exceptional and the myth that a house build is stressful has been dispelled. We thoroughly enjoyed the process and continually refer to Brian and his team as we enjoy our new home.

Following completion of the Build Brian has on his own time returned to the house to check on the property and attend to any snags as they arise. Mostly these comprised of adjustments to opening doors\windows or settings to heating and water supply pressures.

Brian retains a set of keys to facilitate any potential clients viewings and we are contactable through Brian if required.
